Big River Tiny House
Wishing you had a lake house, just add water.......

We are chose quality products: Andersen Windows, solid wood hickory flooring, Whirlpool appliances.
Brent Tucker's experience building and remodeling homes combined with his attention to detail in building shaker furniture makes tiny house construction a perfect use of his talents. Brent is precise, and it is important to him that things are done "right," not fast. He is building this house with the same skills he uses to build fine furniture.

This home is built on a 24' tongue pull, custom designed trailer.
It has cedar siding with clear coating and metal roof. The front door is on the end. There is an overhang at the front door.

Sitting on the top step, the 3'X5' loft area makes a nice writing space and additional room for low storage. The awning windows provide plenty of light and fresh air.
The main level flooring is solid hickory. The loft flooring is Douglas Fir. The windows downstairs are Andersen Casement windows enabling the windows to open fully.
BATHROOM: The main level is a 7'2" X 6' bathroom with a 36" square shower, flushable toilet, vanity with sink, and an all-in-one LG 4.3 cu foot washer dryer.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is galley style with standard size Whirlpool appliances. The refrigerator/freezer is 17.6 cubic feet. The oven/stove range is electric. The kitchen sink is 10" deep. Under the stairway is plenty of storage. There is also a 30 gallon electric hot water heater.
The home is wired for 100 amp service, but there are also fittings for 50 amp service if that is all that is available.
There is a built-in counter/desk for dining and work space. This counter does not fold down.
The home is heated and cooled with an Amana A/C Heating unit that provides heat with a heat pump, but with back up electric heat for those really cold nights.
This home will be comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
